I ended up leaving that same day to find somewhere else for the night. The front desk staff were really friendly, but the stay itself wasn't good. The building and its facilities felt old, and my room had a very strong moldy smell. It was also extremely noisy, with traffic from the avenue seeming like it was right inside the room.

The building was dusty and under renovation, and I wouldn't recommend it if cleanliness matters to you. The elevator wasn't properly adjusted and could only take three people, it wouldn't go up with four. There's no room service or breakfast. If paying little matters more than quality, it may be OK.

The reception staff were polite and the front desk was exemplary, but the hotel itself has a lot of problems. Rooms facing the street have terrible sound insulation, so it feels like the vehicles are inside. They also had no breakfast, and nobody told me when I booked. Some reservations are made through travel agencies or companies, so that should be made clear. The doors, floors, and overall structure are badly outdated and deteriorated.

Great location and good service. Breakfast was the one thing missing, because the building's kitchen was being renovated.

It's really close to Praia do Futuro. I'd recommend it.
