Hotel D8 is in a superb spot, close to tourist attractions and amenities, and it's a beautiful property with real potential. But some basic details need attention. Some rooms didn't have wifi, which made it inconvenient to work or stay connected. The hotel should provide it in every room or explain the situation at check-in. The outdated TVs also couldn't stream Netflix or YouTube. The staff seemed overworked, so more support or training would help. The reception QR code didn't work properly, leaving guests to go to the desk to speak with someone, and the room keys needed resetting each time we left. With better management, maintenance, and staff support, Hotel D8 could improve the guest experience a lot.

A good value in a good location, with clean rooms and helpful staff. I was only there overnight. The wifi wasn't great, but the staff helped me check in at the airport!

The service is good, and the location is convenient, but the place is a bit old and needs better maintenance. The furniture is very old and rotten, and some wall plugs have exposed wires.

It's a simple hotel and good value for the price. The pool was out of service, and the internet in my room didn't work well.

Even at night, the room was extremely hot with the AC on.
