Fortaleza Flat Residence

I really can't recommend this place. I stayed eight months, so I wasn't just here for a few days partying and ignoring comfort and safety. The condo is noisy and awful. There was construction every day, the hall smelled like leachate, and the floor was filthy. Someone mopped it once or twice a month. Only the lobby gets cleaned. The garage was horrible and so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was toilet paper and sanitary pads left on the stairs and in the corridors. The street smelled like leachate too, and Fortaleza's garbage collection service is the worst in the country. Cars parked there were broken into repeatedly, every week during my stay. The only security is on Beira Mar, apparently just to impress tourists. You'd have to see it to believe it. The building has no leisure facilities at all, despite its very expensive fee. The elevators don't always work, and the lights are off in the middle of the night, believe it or not. Some employees were good and polite, but others were extremely rude. Management gives no support or answers to complaints and doesn't even want to deal with people. Vlw✌️

I rented an apartment in this flat in 2021, and it turned into the worst experience of my life. Just a few days after moving in, I found out the apartment was supposedly haunted.

The apartments facing the back are noisy, and the building itself is quite old. The location, though, is excellent.

I've lived here for over 6 months and I like it a lot.
