The location and ocean view both earn 5 out of 5, with Iracema beach nearby and Dragao do Mar and Mercado Central only a short drive away. It’s a safe building with private apartments and a concierge. The staff are nice and helpful, though they don’t speak English. Breakfast isn’t included, but you can get it at the bistro on the ground floor. I’d rate the accommodation 4 out of 5. Cleaning, furniture, and appliances each get 3 out of 5, with old mattresses in the rooms. The Wi-Fi gets 4 out of 5, while the noise level is just 2 out of 5 because it’s close to a traffic light.

The breakfast is great and inexpensive, and the staff are friendly and helpful, though they don’t really speak English. The street is very noisy, of course, but the location is great.
