They need more bathrooms.

The prices seem fair for the service, and the staff were good, with someone always at reception. Fridays have parties, but they finish early enough that they weren't much of a problem. The entrance looks lovely and welcoming, though the room was a different story. I stayed in a shared room with air conditioning, but water kept dripping from it and pooled in front of my bunk, almost like a little lake. The spot for storing backpacks was broken.

Terrible. The only staff member who stood out was a very polite blonde woman who didn't introduce herself and wasn't Brazilian. The rest of the service was zero. The location was zero too. Breakfast barely deserved the name: it was just water and bread. The shower ran out of water, and they couldn't solve it. They said there wasn't even a manager there to help us. The pool is more of a hot tub, and staff use it while guests are left to fend for themselves. They never get out of it, and if you don't say good morning, they won't even look at you, as though we're supposed to be grateful they're serving us. The bed was awful. I'll never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The common area is pleasant, with benches and hammocks, and the pool is nice. The location is good, near Praia do Futuro. But my room downstairs, right in front of the pool, was dark and not clean at all. The bed hadn't even been made when I arrived. The jacuzzi was dirty and out of order, and there was no hot shower. The place could use an update, especially in how it looks.
