The hotel itself has wonderful facilities and service, and feels family friendly and well frequented. I loved the massage, though it was expensive. The beach right in front isn’t good for wingfoiling. I researched a lot beforehand, but it wasn’t worth it. You can only sail once the tide is high and going out, because of the current. I’d recommend it only for kitesurfing. We had two very windy nights, and gusts could be heard inside the bungalow because of the room’s acoustics. I asked to move and was given the Villa, but the noise was still an issue. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s not a good fit. There’s also a lot of light coming in in the morning, and the bungalow’s air conditioning wasn’t powerful. Best to go on days with little wind.

Breakfast has to be ordered, and the food doesn’t arrive hot. Be ready to keep applying bug spray inside the apartment, since the dining room has no air conditioning and there are lots of mosquitoes. I wouldn’t recommend it much for children because there isn’t much for them to do.
My family of five stayed in bungalow 18 over Carnival 2026. It poured on the second night, and we found leaks directly above one of the beds. We reported it and were told they’d fix it, but when it rained again on our last night, the leaks were back. At R$1,500 per person per night for that bungalow, the hotel should do much more for its guests. Things can go wrong, of course, but the lack of care toward customers was glaring. I won’t return or recommend it.
The pool was excellent, and swimming in the sea out front at low tide was really nice. The rest of the stay fell far short for what we paid, R$3,950 after a discount, R$7,900 for two nights. I’d wanted to try this hotel for a while and was very disappointed by the service and how they handled the air conditioning breaking in our family bungalow, which had two rooms and a pool. It happened on our last night. A fan was offered, which was OK, but no one apologized or explained what had happened, and we never got a reply on WhatsApp. That’s how they communicate with guests, even though there are no room intercoms or TVs. In an emergency, how are you supposed to reach reception? The restaurant areas and floorboards also looked like the place was going out of business. Believe me, it’s not worth it. There are better options for the same price or less.
The breakfast was underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. Most of the fruit didn’t taste good, and some was still unripe. The omelet I ordered was greasy and bland. The rest was good, but breakfast should be better.
