Talia at the front desk was kind and really helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, the comfortable room, and having access to the pool. There was some hallway noise from people going between rooms and the lifts, though, because of a 2-inch gap under the door.

The room was tiny, with hardly any space at the bathroom sink. The door had paper stuffed into a hole to stop people outside from seeing in. The bed creaked and flexed so loudly that we thought it might break. The air conditioning was as loud as an airplane, even with earplugs, and switching it off didn’t help because noise from the other units came through the window too. One night maximum.

The mattress sagged, and the shower and sink leaked constantly. The male receptionist was very rude. A really bad experience, don’t waste your money.

The pool area has a tropical feel, with palm trees and a little waterfall, and there’s a game room plus plenty of places to sit. Breakfast was very good, with lots of sweet and savory choices. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. Our room was basic and a bit small, but clean, with a great shower. For the price, I’d give it five stars. I like this hotel and would return if I’m in the area again.

We’d happily stay here again. Restaurants are within walking distance, and the staff were kind and helpful, especially Soledad. The breakfast was truly excellent, and there’s a 24-hour coffee, tea, and mate bar with a microwave. We enjoyed the saltwater pool too. Our room was on the small side, but clean, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning.
