I've been staying here for two months while typing this, and I'm looking for another month. The staff are lovely and outstanding, and there's almost always someone at the front desk who speaks English. The rooms are a bit small, and there's no suite option. Nearby discos get unbelievably loud on weekends, so only the soundest sleepers will manage to sleep. That's not the hotel's fault. Also, it's not the hotel's fault that there's nothing worth traveling here for apart from some business.

The room is nice and spacious, with its own AC and a refrigerator. The building is one of the tallest in the area, so you get a good view of the city and mountains. There aren't any facilities for making tea or coffee in the room, though, and complimentary bottled water would be welcome. Enjoy!

My room faced the street and was noisy. At the restaurant, don't order Chalise wine. It's the worst I've ever tasted.
