10/10
The breakfast had a great variety and some of the nicest food, including gluten-free options for people with intolerances. The pool area was very relaxing, and the drainage and deep tissue massage were amazing. This was one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at in Brazil. I'd stay again in the future.

6/10
The facilities are good and look like the photos, but the rooms are outdated and don't match the advertised pictures. It seems floor 1 has been upgraded while work on the other floors hasn't begun. Noise from the main road next door, as well as noise inside, means ear plugs are needed.

8/10
The room was big and spacious, and the breakfast options were nice. It's in a good central location. The furnishings are a little tired and outdated, but the room was still comfortable enough.

10/10
The price is very reasonable. The rooms were clean, the bed was huge, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfect.

10/10
Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was among the best we've experienced in Brazil. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, close to cool restaurants and malls. Room soundproofing is a bit weak when a bunch of school kids are staying on the same floor, but it was tolerable. We'd love to come back.
