Fazzenda Park Hotel

A wonderful family spot. We had a blast, and everything went well from check-in right through to the very end. I can't recommend it enough.

The kids have activities throughout the day, and there are four lovely meals served daily. You can also get a great Brazilian caipirinha by the pool. The lobby is wonderful, the rooms are clean, and the pool is fantastic. In my opinion, this is Brazil's best resort. Christmas or New Year's here would be a fantastic time with your family.

The views and activities were wonderful, and I loved the place, but the food was a terrible experience for my husband and me. We told reception at check-in that we're vegan, yet had to practically beg each day for something to eat. No options had been arranged for us. During our three-day stay, both breakfasts we had were just bread with margarine and fruit, while other guests had all kinds of food. We were paying the same amount, and it was a lot.

We were in the old building, where our room had no covered space to shelter from the rain. The parking area was muddy, and the property was being renovated without proper notice before booking. It was raining, so most activities weren't running, and there wasn't good information about what to do. The place felt a bit crowded, and several employees seemed unhappy or complained. The food and pools were good, though the pools are far from the main building. It would probably be better on a sunny day.
