I expected a lot more from a hotel in Alphaville, the ritzy part of Goiânia. It was pretty bad. There were no blankets on the beds or in the closet, and the old AC was noisy. Big let-down. Also, why does this hotel, or any hotel in Goiânia, have nothing to eat in the mini fridge? Ridiculous.

The restaurant is on site, the furnishings are new and modern, and everything was really clean. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, and the Wi-Fi actually works! It's in a great spot, away from the city's rush but right by the main highway to the airport, which is only minutes away. It's everything a great hotel is supposed to be. I'll definitely come back.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were good, but breakfast wasn't nice. Check carefully at checkout to see if there are any extra costs.

The pool was actually cold, despite what the website description says, and you may be misled about the price. It's a high quality hotel, but the service feels lazy.

The rooms were good and service was good too. The other guests were a bit loud.
