Flat três Marias

Great!

I had a wonderful weekend there, everything was lovely. The rooms were large, the bed was spacious and soft, and the place was spotless. There was a shower with hot and cold water, a kitchen, and a living room. A bakery was nearby, and everything was automated. Thank you, ADRIANO HERING, for giving me a well-deserved peaceful, quiet stay. God bless you.

The place is fair for the price, but the automated service caused me a serious problem. Access to the keys came after contacting the person in charge, choosing a room, and paying. He remotely let me in, which was fine at first. I paid and asked for a few minutes to get something to eat before coming back. He said check-in was until 10 pm, and I arrived before then, showered, and went to bed. Then I had severe back pain and had to go to a private hospital nearby. I left the room just after midnight, put the keys back where I’d picked them up, and messaged on WhatsApp to explain. For safety, I took my bags with me. The keys are kept somewhere easy to access. I went to the hospital and returned after 3 am, letting him know I was back, but nobody responded. The message was only seen at dawn. I had to sleep in my car because I couldn’t find anywhere else, even though I was coming back from the hospital in an emergency. He didn’t message me at all to discuss what happened or even apologize. I don’t like this, but I have to file a report with Procon and then check my rights with the courts. Unfortunately.

Terrible place and awful service. The room was filthy and smelled of cigarettes, and there was no assistance at all.
