Rota 44 Hotel

Great.

The location, rooms, cleanliness, and service from all the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was the one thing that bothered my family: it was very limited, with lots of leftovers from the previous day, and much of the food was cold when it should have been hot. Apart from breakfast, everything else gets five stars.

I had a terrible stay here. The housekeeper woke me at 8 by shouting while talking to a man. They also wouldn’t let me pay for the stay in installments, even though I was there for several days. They keep your car key at reception, even though only their staff can park and retrieve the vehicle, which feels abusive. And when I called to check that my reservation was all right, the receptionist shouted into the phone. I was frustrated the whole time. Awful experience.

The breakfast was very good, and the location is close to Araguaia shopping center and the bus station. My room was spacious, including a roomy bathroom, nothing like the cramped little rooms in other hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was comfortable too, and there was air conditioning. You can stay here without worrying.
