We booked through Rosa Imobiliária and were delighted with everything. The apartment was just right and had all the things we needed. The real estate team was attentive and helped with every need. The location was wonderful too, so we could get around downtown Gramado on foot. You've gained a loyal customer, congratulations! 😊

I had a good stay, though a few things could be improved. There were no basic cleaning supplies like trash bags, a floor cloth, or a kitchen cloth. The kitchen cabinets were greasy, and the range hood didn't work. There was no warning that the outlets were 220V, so I burned out my hair dryer and iron. The loft's hair dryer was faulty and got excessively hot.

The building and apartment have a lovely feel, and the place is beautiful, safe, and very well located. A few lights in my apartment didn't work, and parts of the wooden floor were broken. Aside from that, everything was really nice, and I'd definitely stay again.

We spent a few days here and loved how cozy and beautiful it was. The location made it easy to do most of our outings on foot. We'll be back soon.
