A nice condominium about 1.9 km from Rua Coberta in central Gramado, around a 10-minute walk. Apartments and studios are available for sale. The property has a party room, a deck with a lovely panoramic view, a caretaker, an elevator, shared laundry, and underground parking. For more information or visits, contact real estate agent Elias at (54)99965-2747.

I stayed in these apartments for five days, and the dampness made them quite moldy. That really took away from the comfort of the stay. The location is good.

It was a good stay, but the Wi-Fi gave us trouble. We had no connection for both days we were there.
