Via Florida - 303D - Apto Centro de Gramado

The building is well kept and the location is great. My apartment was airy and spacious, but it hadn’t been cleaned, and the walls were dirty and poorly maintained.

Being so comfortable and well placed in Gramado made this a wonderful stay.

We stayed from 09 to 11/11/20, and the apartment was in a great spot. It was spotless, smelled lovely, and everything had been put in its place. The bedding and towels smelled especially fresh, and I really value that kind of care. The place felt new and well looked after, with plenty of useful accessories in the cupboard. I did miss having a thermos and hangers in the bathrooms, though. The cleaning team made the apartment feel so welcoming, and the management team deserves congratulations. I recommend it.

I can't comment on the stay itself because I never got to stay in apartment 104. What I can say is that I'm still waiting for 75% of the payment for my 30/04-03/05/2020 booking through Booking to be refunded. It has been almost 2 years, as of 12/01/2020, and after waiting this long I'm filing a complaint with RECLAME AQUI to try to get Sr.Dalton to return what he owes me. I never thought I'd have to use RECLAME AQUI, but I see no other option.
