We agreed on check-in and check-out times, but on checkout day the owner rented our room to someone else while our belongings were still inside. The owner, Suellen, sent only an audio message saying there had been a room problem, that she had taken our things outside, and that she’d forgotten to keep the time we had agreed on reserved. Someone else had rented the room. I found it unbelievably indecent to collect our things and leave them outside. She didn’t even reply to my message about fixing the situation. We had paid for the full stay and thought our belongings were safe, but management’s own mistake meant our things were put out at the first opportunity. We had a huge problem like nothing we’ve experienced at another hotel, and the lack of support was total. I can’t recommend staying here to anyone. I have the audio messages, evidence, and photos, and I’ll pursue legal options to address what happened. The owner showed no interest in resolving it.

I was close to booking, but after reading the account below, I’d rather avoid the risk of someone moving my things. Honestly, I don’t know how I’d react. That’s way out of line.

The location was good, and the woman who helped us was attentive. Beyond that, the place was really unpleasant, and I wish we’d chosen somewhere more comfortable. It just isn’t suitable for four people.
