The establishment cancelled our reservation four days beforehand, saying it was due to "overbooking." With peak season so close, finding another place on short notice was difficult unless we spent a lot more. Very unprofessional.

They cancelled my stay just one day before. Disgraceful!

We’ve stayed in Sr. Cid’s suite three times now, and this was our first time leaving a review. He and his wife are always so attentive, available, and helpful. The place is clean and organized, close to the beach and shops. We’ll be back next year. Paulo e Socorro.

Senhor Sid and his wife are such warm, welcoming hosts. Everything was very well cared for, with a lovely clean smell. The location is great, even though it’s on the street behind the beachfront. The internet was much better than at other places on the island. The one drawback was the beds, which felt quite hard and uncomfortable. If you stay longer, you might wake up with a sore back. Still, for the price, it’s a good deal.
