Could someone share a phone number or another way to get in touch and make a reservation?

I haven't stayed there, but I've walked past a few times. The outside looks organized, and the front of the place is nice. Maybe I'll try it next time.

My reservation was confirmed, but no payment was taken. I've been trying to reach them for almost two weeks, and nobody answers the phone or WhatsApp. Communication seems really poor. When I try to cancel, I'm told they'll charge half the amount. I'd like someone to pay attention to this, because the whole experience has been awful.

It's peaceful here even though you're close to the center, and the location is great. The place has lovely decor and is well stocked, and whenever an issue comes up, they sort it out.

The street was quiet, and we were close to the center. The apartment was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. When we asked for anything, they took care of it.
