Pousada Arco Íris

The location was great, close to the pier for boat trips and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The room was tidied daily, the shower got plenty hot, and the air conditioning worked really well. The pousada has a generator, so a power cut didn’t affect our comfort. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices. I’d never been to Ilha before and booked without knowing what to expect, but I’m very happy with the choice. The service was excellent even before we arrived. I had an unexpected change to my original dates, and they were very helpful about adjusting the booking. When we got there, all the hosts and staff welcomed us so warmly. I’ll definitely stay at arco íris again when I return to the island!

The rooms were clean, with air conditioning and a shower that heated the water well. It was comfortable enough for us to rest and enjoy the next day. Staff were polite from the first contact, and they recommended a tour with someone really great, doideira passeios Diego. When we came back in the late afternoon, there was still a little coffee waiting. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. It’s well located, less than five minutes from the pier, making it easy to set off on tours. The 5 p.m. checkout and the generator are real pluses. The power went out on two days of our stay, and they turned the generator on.

The breakfast was wonderful and varied. My son especially loved the egg sandwich and watermelon, and ate them every day. The location was perfect and the atmosphere pleasant, with a welcoming feel and care in every detail. The reception deserves a 1000. We had an air conditioning problem on arrival, but as soon as we told the team, they replaced it right away with a brand-new unit still sealed in its box. That showed professionalism and respect for guests. We stayed last weekend with my family and had an excellent experience. We left wanting to come back, already miss the place, and will definitely return. Congratulations and thanks to the whole team for such a pleasant stay!

The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfast was very good and varied. We loved the pousada, which is close to the center of Vila do Abrahão, and we’ll definitely be back.
