Pousada Vila Baiana

Loved it!

I spent four lovely days at Vila Baiana. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. My room was clean and smelled fresh. I loved the place and would stay there again 😍💜💜💜💜💜

The location made it hard to rest, since the inn is in a fishing community where there was loud music nearby every day. My stay wasn't great otherwise either: the shower didn't work, so they moved us to another room, and there's a charge to have bath towels changed daily, which is standard at other inns and hotels. Breakfast was also disappointing and could use more food options.

The quiet setting was a plus, and there was a hammock on the balcony that felt nice after a tiring day. But the inn didn't look like the photos, and the rooms need attention: the bathroom was small and the fixtures were old. Reception was attentive, while the breakfast service fell short; we barely got a good morning.
