Condomínio Ilha do Sol

Great.

The island is beautiful and the people are very welcoming, but it’s disappointing that the public authorities let it get so neglected. There are mountains of trash across several blocks, and the road from the pillar to Forte Orange is full of potholes in the asphalt. It’s embarrassing for everyone who chooses to visit or spend the season here. This is my fourth vacation on the island, and its abandoned state is obvious. Still, I won’t give up on it, and I hope one day there’ll be a management team that respects and takes good care of Itamaraca. When that happens, I’ll be back here with praise and recognition. “A ilha da lia do Coco,” immortalized by Rei Reginaldo Rossi, deserves respect and care.

The apartments are new, and everyone in the neighborhood, including the person who looks after the place, is friendly and helpful. The owner is quite strict, but also easy to reach and willing to negotiate. The sea is green, and it makes you forget that the island isn’t very attractive in terms of urban planning. The condo is well located, despite streets that are often flooded and unpaved. It wasn’t clear that parking was on the street, though it seemed safe. Also, depending on the season, come prepared for mosquitoes and flies.

Such a wonderful place, well organized and without any chaos. The administrator was really attentive. I’ve been there and will return, and my mother has been too and will come back. I always recommend it to anyone looking for some peace. A unique experience, highly recommend.
