João on the night shift and the woman serving breakfast were the only ones who were really polite and helpful. We had no Wi-Fi in the chalets, and the shower kept cutting out, so we had to take cold showers. Honestly, I wouldn't come back. It isn't worth it.

We stayed for four days with the family and loved it. Our room was excellent, clean, tidy, and looked out onto a lovely green area. The service was great from both the staff and the owner, and breakfast was tasty. Everything was really good.

The place is beautiful when it's warm and cozy when it's cold, and the location is great. What really won me over was the bathroom looking out into the woods. I highly recommend it!
