Top notch.

We paid a lot for one of the most expensive suites, number 47, for an overnight stay on 4/6/2026, and it was a complete disappointment. The site photos looked lovely and bright, but the suite was nothing like them. The walls were stained and moldy, the old curtain was torn, and both chairs were coming apart. The bed was far too soft, with a hole in the middle, and the mattress and pillows were ripped. The blanket packaging wasn't sealed, and the blanket itself was old, torn, and fraying. The floor was black with dust and dirt. The towels were stained, there was no floor cloth, and the toilet was filthy. The bathroom window was so old, ugly, and dirty it was unsettling to look at. The ceiling mirror shown in the pictures wasn't there, and in fact there wasn't any mirror at all. The bathtub was grimy, too. It was cold, so we turned on the air conditioning for heat, but it didn't work. When we tried to fill the whirlpool tub, a horrible smell came from the pipes, and it took almost an hour to fill. We asked for extra foam, but it disappeared as soon as we switched on the jets. Later the room got hot from the tub, but opening the window wasn't an option. We tried the air conditioning on cold, but it still didn't cool the room, and mosquitoes kept getting in. There were loads of them. The TV only had four channels. Three were full of static, and the one adult channel only showed lesbian films. At checkout, we'd used 57 reais' worth of water, but the woman tried to charge us 74. Each bottle cost 8 reais, and it was a completely unknown brand. My God, that was the longest night of our lives. It was filthy, the room was disgusting, and the website photos were misleading. The floors and tiles were completely different from what they showed. Just awful.

Good afternoon. I stayed at the motel last night and booked four hours in a room with a whirlpool. First we went to room 33, but the tub was dirty. I called reception to ask whether it had been cleaned. The receptionist said it had, and that they even used alcohol. I work at a motel, though, and it was impossible that this tub had been cleaned. They offered to move us, so we went to room 34, but it was just as bad. The dirt marks showed poor cleaning, and grime came out of the massage jets. From that, it seemed the tub was hardly ever run, maybe once a month at most. There wasn't enough hot water in the shower, no floor cloth in the bathroom, and the toilet was blocked. The mosquitoes were awful, too. I understand there may be more because the motel is beside a highway, but it's easy enough to leave a repellent refill plugged in. Please improve things, because the website makes it all look lovely. Last year we stopped by after a show and got a simple room, which was okay. This time we paid a little more for a whirlpool room and it left a lot to be desired.

The service was awful. They added charges to my bill and wouldn't sort it out, then wanted to call the police because I refused to pay the extra amount. I paid the 50 just to avoid waiting around for hours. The room was damp, the sheet had a blood stain, and the shower wouldn't heat properly. A horrible experience. I'll leave a bad review on every site.
