The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is close to all the activities in jerricocoara. But the hotel is near hardrock hotel, and unless you plan to close the bar every night of your stay, I wouldn't recommend booking here. I can't compare the noise with other places, but we didn't enjoy our stay because of it. No, we don't recommend it 😒

We had a positive change of room after the first one developed a problem with its circuit breaker. They upgraded us to a room across from the pool, which helped ease some of the trouble. Still, the stay left me dissatisfied because of problems with organization, cleanliness and upkeep. There wasn't a proper reception on arrival. We had to come through a hallway where a bed, stairs, paint buckets, cardboard and other materials were scattered around. I understand there might have been painting or renovations, but those things shouldn't have been left in an area guests use. At the entrance to the village there was also a very strong smell of cat feces, which made a bad first impression. The place seemed neglected, with poor cleaning, maintenance and organization in its shared areas. Those details matter when people come to rest and enjoy a trip. Breakfast was also a letdown. The photos had made us expect much better, but there were few choices: one type of cake that was almost inedible, low-quality coffee, hard bread and very limited fruit. The papaya and pineapple were good, at least. Overall, breakfast was far below what was advertised and what I'd expect from this kind of accommodation. I hope this feedback is taken into account and things improve for future guests.

The only good parts were the location near the main square and the friendly staff, who tried to make the stay more pleasant. Everything else was a total disappointment. The rooms didn't match the listing: they were small, moldy and had no windows, and the bed linens and towels were dirty. When we asked for fresh towels, one staff member said there weren't any. The inn is old and has no reception. At night, there are no employees on site, leaving guests there without any security. Several cats were around, including where breakfast is served. Breakfast itself was basic, with few choices. The shower gave electric shocks. The place looked abandoned, dirty and poorly cared for, nothing like the advertising.
