The cats are a big part of the feel of Pousada Caminho da Praia. There are around 10, all relaxed and well cared for, usually lounging in the shade, which adds a lovely warmth if you enjoy animals. We found the pousada welcoming and peaceful, very much in tune with Jericoacoara. Its location is handy too, a short walk from the beach and center, but quiet at night. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning and everything in good condition. Breakfast was generous and fresh, with local fruit and good coffee. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.
