Terrible stay. I booked three nights and had to switch rooms about four times. They really need to think about repairs: broken showers, TVs that wouldn’t work, damaged outlets, noisy air conditioning, broken TV and AC remotes, dead batteries, and no Wi-Fi. A lot of things just aren’t provided properly.

The location is great, and it’s comfortable. It’s a simple hotel, but all the staff were polite and kind.

The breakfast was really tasty, and the rooms are quite comfortable for a simple hotel. They have a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, minibar, a table in the entry area, a desk, and a wardrobe. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the manager is a sweetheart. For the price, it’s one of the best options in Juazeiro. Thanks to the whole team for welcoming our group of 25 on a field trip. You became part of a really lovely story ❤️

The double room I stayed in was spacious, cozy, nicely arranged, and looked lovely.
