The setting was beautiful and the location perfect, but the apartment was really dirty on our return stay. There were footprints on the shower floor, makeup on the towels, and the sheets didn’t look like they’d been changed. We also had trouble getting in at the start, though it was eventually sorted out. It was really disappointing.

The apartment had small cockroaches, and the kitchen wasn’t even equipped with basic things. It’s a shame, because the building is new and has very nice facilities, but there was poor service and little consideration for the tenants’ comfort. The facilities look lovely, yet they wouldn’t let us use them. I asked more than three times to use the grill and terrace facilities, but they were very unwilling to arrange a time slot.
