The location felt safe and was perfect, just two steps from the theater. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was freezing, and the WiFi never dropped. Check-in was easy, and after checkout they let me leave my bag there all day while I went on a tour and explored. For a solo woman traveler, 10/10. What more could you ask for? A perfect stay.

We loved staying at Casa 307 for four nights. Elissa replied quickly to messages, so any issue could be sorted out fast. The spacious rooms we chose were just right. The colonial-style house has two inner patios and a little second-floor balcony, and sits right in central Manaus, within walking distance of most sights, including the opéra and municipal market. There are restaurants with music and dancing around the corner.

For a longer stay with a group, this is a great option for the price. The rooms are spacious, access is secure around the clock, and the owner is quick to help. There's a kitchen, fridge, laundry area, and several outdoor places to sit. The famous theater is only a few minutes away on foot, along with food spots, a pharmacy, and other places.

It's in an old mansion that gives you a feel for old Manaus, and the location is very handy for exploring the city center.

We got a lot of amenities for what we paid, and I'd recommend the place. Our room was large, had A/C and a digital padlock, which worked perfectly since we arrived at 2 a.m. Elissa was informative and quick to answer on WhatsApp and Booking.
