The bed was really comfortable, and the service was especially helpful. But Manaus needs good air conditioning, and the unit in my suite was quite noisy with only an on-off setting and no way to adjust it. There’s no shower enclosure, so it’s easy to get water all over the bathroom.

I was happy with the service and liked the staff’s welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the rooms had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SKY TV, and a minibar. It’s an affordable, simple place with the basics you need. I paid R$ 75,00 per night at the time, and would recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of stay.

The place was stuffy and the bathroom was tiny. The lights and sound didn’t work. We waited 45 minutes for them to finally let us into the room. There were water blisters on the wall, and when my girlfriend pressed one, it burst and water soaked the whole bed.

I wouldn’t recommend it. The place feels like a motel, and room service refused to clean the air conditioner or remove the dust from its outlet, filter, and front. The TV only got analog broadcast channels, no digital ones, and the picture was all snowy and poorly tuned.
