Quality Hotel Manaus

The staff were very friendly, and James especially helped us sort out a bureaucratic issue with our research institute, so thanks to him. The rooms are nice, and breakfast has a good range. I only wish the pool were better screened from the traffic outside.

I was really happy with my stay. The hotel is great, the service was excellent, and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast had lots to choose from, hot and cold, including fruit, breads, several hot dishes, Pão de queijo, and plantains. It runs until 10 AM, and checkout is at noon. The WiFi was excellent, which I hadn't come across in a month in South America. Such a relief.

Reception was the best part for us: the staff were kind, upbeat, and easy to approach. The hotel is pretty, with neat, clean enough rooms, a comfortable bed, adequate facilities, and generally quiet rooms. The gym was cool, clean, and well equipped for a quick workout. There's a small table with free flavored water and coffee, though no milk. The location is handy, about 15 minutes outside the city and a 20-minute drive from the main dock for Amazon trips. A large shopping center is nearby, as are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. There were ants in our bathroom on the 17th floor even though we kept the windows closed, and there aren't enough places to refill water. The pool bar area was empty and unstaffed. Twice we waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the indoor bar, but nobody showed up. One morning at breakfast, it took three staff members to replenish the coffee and milk. The hotel is still a great place to stay for its comfortable, cool rooms, location, and friendly reception team. If you want a drink while relaxing at the hotel, we ended up going to the one down the road.

The hotel is close to shopping, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a free breakfast buffet in the restaurant.
