A horrible experience. On the first day, the shower was broken, and I had to go to reception four times before they finally gave me a key to the room next door so I could shower. The bed in room 500 is hard as a plank. On the third day the water ran out. I complained at reception twice before they let me use another room to shower. They said the place gets its water supply from two locations, lol. The sandwich press at breakfast doesn’t work either. I have four more days here, so let’s see what happens next.

The reception staff were wonderful and very polite, but there were problems everywhere else. There’s no glass in the front window, which makes no sense, and pool hours end at 7 p.m. Our room smelled moldy, had small dirty mirrors and a thin sheet that didn’t keep us warm. There was no ventilation or window, and my sister, who has asthma, became unwell. Breakfast had few choices, the sausage was spoiled, and there was no drinking water. When we asked, they brought water that was white and dirty, so it wasn’t drinkable. The sandwich press didn’t work, and the breakfast area was cramped. They charge 150 reais for any mistake.
