We brought several international guests to Marília and booked them here. Tania, the manager, and the rest of the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the location is good. Everyone also appreciated the breakfast, with its great range of food. It was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it.

After traveling all the way across Brazil from south to north, this was our worst hospitality experience. My friend and I arrived by car around 9 PM, and the receptionist seemed so worried that we might not be “nice” guests that he checked all our information, even after we showed our documents. I can only guess it was because we were young and wearing shorts. We couldn’t even have a beer because they had none, and the breakfast was poor. It’s not pleasant to be treated that way. I don’t usually complain much, but I hope JR trains its staff better and keeps its stock filled.
