The people were extremely rude. We arrived at 12, but check-in wasn’t allowed until 2, and by 2:30 I still hadn’t been able to get into the room. No one answers when you call, and they just put guests down. The bathroom was completely flooded because they’d left the shower running. When I complained, the woman just said I could “just clean it,” as if that were my responsibility. The bathroom was filthy, the doors were cracked, pieces were falling off the wardrobe, and some doors were tied shut with wire. People passing along the shared balcony could see you showering, and people across the street could see you sleeping or changing because there wasn’t a curtain in the room. There wasn’t even a second aluminum door. The place is literally falling apart, and the owners only seem to care about making money. If they made improvements, they’d earn much more. If they’re making money while it’s in this condition, imagine how much they could make if it were well run.
