Every detail seemed arranged with care to make guests comfortable, and the whole place had a gentle, thoughtful feel. Our stay was excellent, from our first contact with Ana to Regiane quickly sorting out a problem and Natalina’s warm, careful service. As my husband put it, this is a place that offers a sense of exclusivity. We had a wonderful trip and highly recommend it.

Ana welcomed us like family, which made this intimate little inn feel especially hospitable. Breakfast came to our room each day on a tray full of good things, all prepared with real care. The room was lovely and spotless, and made it easy to relax. We loved our stay and will certainly return.

The little daily gifts left for us were such a thoughtful touch, and they made us really happy. Ana was attentive and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. We felt welcomed and treated like people, not just another source of money. The service, facilities, cleanliness, and all-day availability impressed us, and the breakfast was spectacular. The location is very convenient, close to the main avenue. This has become my favorite chalet for couples, and we hope to return very soon.

We used the car to explore Monte Verde each day, though AFHA is very well located. Ana greeted us and was always ready to help, including with tips whenever we asked. The room was new, immaculate, fresh-smelling, and nicely furnished. Breakfast can be served in the room or on the deck, and the fireplace kept our evenings warm. Housekeeping and hospitality were perfect, and there was a small treat on the bed each day, a lovely gesture.
