The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh options prepared to order. The room was cozy, and the bed, linens, and towels were all good quality. Everything was spotless, and there was lots of hot water in the shower. The place is peaceful and easy to reach, about 1.5 km from the center. Great value for money.

The breakfast was tailored to what we like, with lots of treats and natural products. sra. Elen was wonderful, and the whole stay felt very personal. The pousada was cozy and spotless, and our room looked beautiful with all the wood. I loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.

Waking up to the forest birds was lovely, and breakfast was impeccable. The rustic rooms and common areas were clean and well organized. Dona Hellen is so cultured, friendly, and down to earth. This was the best stay I’ve had in Monte Verde.

The breakfast was wonderful and the place itself is excellent, but what really stayed with me was how honestly they handled a forgotten box. My daughter left it behind with a few things, including two pairs of 18 k gold earrings. The day after we checked out, the owner messaged us and mailed everything back. The employee who cleaned the chalet found the box and promptly told the owner. I’d met everyone during our stay, so their kindness didn’t surprise me, though I know this kind of honesty doesn’t happen everywhere. I’m so grateful for the warm welcome and for their integrity. It really warms your heart.
