I was there with my wife and a couple of friends from 22/06 to 24/26/2018. The chalet wasn't cleaned in the morning. When we needed toilet paper, we were told it would cost 3,50. My friend asked why there was no beer in the minibar, and the person in charge replied that she didn't buy that stinky, rotten drink. That was disrespectful. Around 8 p.m. on Friday, we went looking for her to ask for a Coca-Cola, but there was only a notice saying she was at a restaurant in town and to call her cell if we needed anything. At breakfast, there was only one small tub of butter, and the ham had run out. A horrible place with terrible service.

There are restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, and everything nearby. The place itself is really pleasant, with what you need for a weekend. It's not close to Monte Verde's center, but the walk there is still nice. Patrícia was very attentive and thoughtful with us.

They made us feel completely at ease. The rooms were cozy, clean, and nicely put together. The pets who live there are an attraction in their own right, so well behaved and affectionate. If I come back to town, I'll definitely look for this place again.

The hosts are one of a kind, and the place feels so romantic and cozy. The little animals at the inn are a bonus, both the dogs and the cats 😀
