We checked out pretty quickly. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with peeling paint on the walls, damaged furniture, and a smell of urine or sewage. The bed was only partly made, missing linens, with a cheap throw used as a comforter. Flies had gotten into the room and we had to chase them out. For the final touch, one sheet appeared to have blood stains. The hotel has been completely unresponsive to me and to Booking.com, and has ignored Amex too. What a disaster. I’m assuming most of these reviews are fake.
