The apartment had a nice panoramic beach view, comfortable bedding, plenty of counter and surface space, and relatively fast Wi-Fi. In the building block there’s also a cafe, a bar, and a self-service laundry. The beach, with its shops, cafes, and restaurants, is close by, and the Feirinha is about a 15-minute walk away. The property has a small pool, sauna, and gym, and the receptionist speaks English. Quality Suites Natal is a good accommodation option in Ponta Negra.

The bedroom was good, and the location is very nice, close to Ponta Negra Beach. Service was way below par, though. There was no soap or shampoo, so I asked at the front desk and waited more than half an hour without getting any. I called again, and my friend’s room didn’t have any either. The restaurant is okay, but not worth the price. If you’re tired, it’s what you’ve got, but I’d rather eat somewhere else if I weren’t so tired.

The breakfast had the usual good selection of tropical fruit, juices, cakes, and breads. We also had a quiet room, a comfortable bed, and air conditioning that worked well. It was a nice stay, and the toiletries were really nice too.

The room was in terrible shape: there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the air conditioner leaked all over the sofa and floor, causing mold to grow. When we checked in, the front desk clerk changed the price several times, and I ended up overpaying. The way they handled our needs was unacceptable. I’d pay more at another hotel just to get out of this awful place.
