Reserva Madero Wellness Loft

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and the service was good. I’d definitely recommend it.

We really liked how private everything felt, and the pool has one of the best views I’ve seen. We stayed on the fifth floor and had a great view of the city. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a good location. The bed and pillows were excellent, and each apartment has its own Wi-Fi. Breakfast is simple, but the women in the kitchen were very polite and helpful. They made the tapioca and eggs just how my wife likes them, and she’s pretty selective. If privacy matters to you, this place is a good fit. A few things may not suit everyone: the building is mostly glass, requests are handled over WhatsApp, and access is managed with codes, which could be tricky for people who aren’t comfortable with technology. We liked the WhatsApp setup since it meant we didn’t have to deal with several different staff members. One improvement would be screening who gets access, since codes are used. We were told room access would be available between 12 and 2, but had to call to get it released around 2:45. Once access was sorted, every request was handled promptly, and replies came quickly. The breakfast was excellent, the rooftop was nice, and the staff were kind. One thing to know: rooms on the sunny side get quite hot because the building is all glass. The air conditioning helps with the curtains shut. When I stayed, the shower drain was also a little clogged.

The flat was spacious and fully equipped, with a good leisure area, and the place felt safe. It’s in an excellent location, and the service was attentive. Breakfast was really tasty and prepared with care.
