The breakfast was disappointing, especially compared with how it used to be. Maybe it was because there weren't many guests, but there wasn't any pão de queijo or fruit, and only one kind of cake, which hardly anyone seemed to like.

I stayed there over New Year's and came away completely disappointed. There was a leak in the room, the doors were falling apart, the minibar was noisy, and the shower was dirty. Breakfast was practically nonexistent, and there weren't enough plates or any real choice. The photos are completely misleading.

The hotel is handy for shops, the market, little stores, restaurants, and ice cream places. Thermas is about 600 metres away, more or less, so walking there is easy if you don't mind going on foot.

Our family had a lovely stay. It was clean and cozy, and the staff were very welcoming to guests.

I want to thank Isabela Vieira for paying close attention to my problem and looking for ways to solve it. She was so thoughtful and helpful, and really made my day better. I'm very grateful.
