We traveled from India, and it was hard to communicate because very few people in Brazil spoke English. We used Google Translate to get by. The rooms were cosy and spacious, the cleaning was perfect, and the sunrise view from our 8th-floor balcony was beautiful.

The neighborhood isn't great, though São Paulo is about 20-30 minutes away by car. The suites have plenty of room, and the breakfast has lots of good options.

I stayed there years ago. The hotel was good for the price, with an okay location, rooms, and food. Finding someone who spoke English was difficult. It took a lot of effort to explain that my passport was stuck in a broken locker box.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is good. Breakfast is included in the price and was good too.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was good. Staff didn't speak English.
