We waited in line for half an hour, only to be told the food had run out and the shop was closing. Tip: we bought sushi inside the supermarket. It was much better, healthier, and half the price.

There's no toilet sprayer in the bathroom, the TV gets almost none of our usual channels, and there's no AC.

It's well located in Ouro Branco, MG, and the breakfast is great. Somehow, room 305 on Booking has the best view. The staff are incredibly friendly. Izidoro knows everything and ought to be a tour guide. Thanks, Izidoro, for the wonderful tips.

The location is excellent, right in the center, and the reception staff are very kind. The hotel has a good structure, but it urgently needs maintenance. The furniture is worn out, damaged, and looks terrible. Breakfast is very poor too. The artificial 'juice' is extremely sweet and undrinkable, and the items on offer need to be better quality, more presentable, and more varied. The rolls are already cut in half for the margarine, meaning they’ve been handled for no reason. The nightly rate is high for what you get. With a renovation and good management, this hotel could be more pleasant and better quality.
