Breakfast was good, and the shared areas combine old and new decor in a way that gives the historic building a boutique feel. The rooms are rustic and simple, but comfortable enough, with cable TV. Bathrooms are quite small. There’s no AC or fan, though that didn’t seem necessary in this cool city.

10/10
The rooms are on the small side, but the location is hard to beat. We stayed over Easter, and were about as close to everything as you can get. If you like exploring a city on foot, I’d recommend this hotel.

8/10
The beds are comfortable, and you’re close to most of the main tourist attractions. Watch your head if you’re tall, though, because the ceiling slopes. Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable but still usable, and you’ll need to bring your own hair dryer if you want one.

Comfortable beds, pleasant rooms, and courteous staff. The location is excellent too.

6/10
A cheap, practical place to stay, but there are very few breakfast options.
