Paulo and Vânia, who run the pousada, were friendly. I booked through Booking, and the room and excellent breakfast matched the description. The hosts took a while to reply on Booking chat, and when I called, it rang until the call dropped. But before we set off, they got back to us and confirmed the reservation. The inn is well located, two blocks from Praia do Jabaquara. Getting to the Historic Center is less convenient if you don’t have a car, despite the short distance of about 1.5 km. You can either take the bus, which comes once an hour and has a stop on the inn’s street, or walk along part of a small highway. Otherwise, everything was fine, and I recommend it.

We felt right at home. The pousada is cozy, the rooms are clean, and Dona Vânia and Sr. Paulo were very attentive. Breakfast was great, and Dona Vânia even let us request a cake flavor. Thank you, D. Vânia. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning, a small old TV, a good bathroom, and a minibar. It’s close to Jabaquara beach and the historic center. The one thing missing is a generator for power outages.

The owners were attentive throughout and kept checking that guests were comfortable. The accommodation was comfortable too, and breakfast was made with quality ingredients. A great place. I’d come back and recommend it to anyone.

We loved D. Vânia’s cakes! The pousada is cozy and well located, and the couple were so attentive. The service was excellent.
