The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it was dark and quiet at night, so I slept well. The grounds are lovely, with lots of trees and flowers that make the place inviting. It's about a 20-minute walk to the old town, or 30 minutes to cross the bridge to many of the good places to eat.

Fresh cakes were served every morning at breakfast, and they even made gluten-free cakes and bread for us during our stay. It's a short walk to old Paraty. A very good hotel.

I liked that the inn is outside the city centre, since it feels quiet, safe, and uncrowded. You can still reach the historic area with a short, pleasant walk along the river. The pool is surrounded by lovely plants, the food is delicious, and the staff are very helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the owner speaks English and German, as do many of the employees. They were very helpful when I was finding my way around town. I stayed for two nights and loved it. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, the pool was beautiful, and breakfast was the best I've had during the pandemic. Probably one of the best hotels in Paraty. I'll definitely come back :)
