The owner was so attentive and gave us lots of tips on local beaches and things to do. We spent New Year's Eve there, and they put on a dinner for all the guests. The inn is in a very quiet spot, just a few meters from praia do Pontal and about a 10-minute walk from the historic center. The service was excellent, and breakfast had a great range of juices and breads. Definitely worth staying a few nights.

The service was friendly, and the location is the strongest point. The place itself is very basic in every way. There's a picturesque little beach cove, though it's not for swimming because it's by a river outlet and a mooring area. There is some activity at night.

A lovely inn, with a first-rate breakfast and everything tasting delicious. It’s close to both the beach and the town center. The hosts, bijou and alice, were so attentive and wonderful. I recommend pousada familiar do bijou ❤

The staff were very attentive, the room was clean, and breakfast was plentiful. The setup felt odd, though, since every room had more than one bed, almost like a dormitory.
