4/10
The room was on the ground floor and had no curtain, though other rooms did. The ceiling lights were all bright white bulbs, almost brighter than the sun. That might have been fine at night if there were a softer bedside lamp, but there wasn't one, even though the room photos showed one. Shampoo isn't provided either. I'm a little surprised by the high rating. The location is very good, the place is nice, and the rooms are clean and a good size. Breakfast is good, served in a pleasant common room. They just miss a few basic things.

The little houses are painted in a Brazilian naive style. The whole area has a nice 18th-century feel. The road is made of big stones, which makes walking difficult, so it must have been harder for horses to get around there.

A handy location, with spacious rooms, hairdryers, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was complete too.

The rooms are good and the location works well, with good service too. There was a weird smell, though.

A decent, very affordable stay, just near the old town center.
