In room 6, the shower's circuit breaker trips if you take even a little too long. The toilet was loose, and the flush tank kept leaking. The owner's concern for guests' well-being felt ridiculous. Breakfast was just as disappointing: how can a hotel in Minas have neither pão de queijo nor white cheese?

The service was really good. The towels, sheets, pillowcases, and toilet paper all need to be better quality. They should also offer glass cups and water at breakfast.

The room smelled moldy, and the cleaning was poor. On top of that, they knocked on your door at 8 in the morning and kicked you out because the employee was leaving and the owner didn't want to pay anyone to stay during the day. Avoid this place!

The two staff members were attentive and helpful, but that was the bright spot. The beds and pillows were bad, there was no room service, and breakfast was awful. I don't recommend it.
