The inn is charming, with a pleasant, tidy atmosphere and lots of little details that made a difference. I felt cared for and welcomed throughout my stay, and it was a really special experience. I’ll keep lovely memories of it and will definitely come back! 😍❤️

There’s a lot of nature around, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The inn is beautiful, with many gardens and two well-kept pools, and the service is very good. Since the grounds are so large and there seem to be few staff to handle everything, some areas need maintenance. The restaurant meals, whether included or bought separately, such as the Sunday lunch, are satisfactory. There aren’t many extra food or drink choices on the room service menu. Room cleaning is good but only happens at restricted times, and toilet paper and soap, shampoo, or conditioner need replenishing more often. Maybe the cleaning team needs more training, since we had to ask for these items. Even with those things to improve, I highly recommend it.

The property is well kept, the staff are attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. Apart from one woman, the staff were wonderful. My mother bought a New Year’s Eve package, but the inn didn’t deliver what it had sold. The food was poor quality, the cold cuts weren’t replenished, and the food itself was bad. Live music was promised, but there was only a DJ playing music that was unbearable to stay around. When my mother asked the woman about replenishing the cold cuts, she said there wouldn’t be more and what was there was all we’d get. She said the food was outsourced, then told her to complain, saying maybe people would stop coming and the inn would close. My view is that even simple food like rice and beans should at least be prepared well. They spend money on food, but it’s still very poor quality. They later contacted us and offered a country-style lunch as an apology, but if it was going to be the same quality, we’d rather not. I’m sharing my experience because I looked for references on Booking before going. We don’t recommend spending New Year’s Eve there, though the room cleaning was a thousand out of a thousand.

The inn is beautiful, and the staff were so polite and attentive. Many welcomed us warmly for our wedding night, and the room was immaculate, from the decorations to the organization and cleanliness. Breakfast and lunch were delicious, especially the tapiocas at breakfast and the chicken with okra at lunch. We’ll definitely be back.
